The weather will again be a major factor in whether a search continues for a tramper in the Mount Aspiring National Park on Monday.
A short period of clear weather on Sunday meant search teams were able to cover an area of about 20 square km without finding any sign of Irina Yun, 36.
She was last seen at 9.30am on Wednesday after leaving the Aspiring Hut for the Dart Hut over the Cascade Saddle.
Friends describe her as an outdoor enthusiast, but an inexperienced alpine tramper.
Police say all the area where Ms Yun could have been if she had kept to the track, has been searched.
