Police say the death of a man whose body was found on a road in central Hamilton is not suspicious.
Russell John Frew, 47, was found lying face down in the road at the intersection of Mill and Victoria streets about 2.40am on Tuesday.
Part of central Hamilton was cordoned off for much of the day as police investigated the scene.
However, a post-mortem has revealed there were no suspicious circumstances and the matter has been referred to the coroner, police say.
