The Christchurch-based manufacturer Connexionz has completed the sale of its subsidiaries in Britain.

Connexionz, which makes bus tracking systems, says existing UK management will buy the business.

It says the move will remove the risk of continued operating losses in the UK.

Connexionz's real time passenger information system is installed on buses in Christchurch. It has also been sold to operators in Auckland, Australia and the United States.
