Greenpeace dropping boulders in sea

11:48 am on 11 August 2009

Greenpeace has begun sinking boulders off the coasts of Seweden and Denmark to stop fishing boats dragging nets along the sea bed.

The environmental group says it will drop 180 boulders to prevent what it says are destructive forms of fishing.

It says bottom-trawling destroys both the sea bed and the marine environment.
