One person has died and two others were seriously injured in a van crash on State Highway 2 near Thames.
The van, with six people on board, rolled near Ngatea about 8am on Wednesday.
One person died at the scene, four people were taken to Thames Hospital and a 41-year-old woman was under assessment in Waikato Hospital's emergency department.
It is believed the van's occupants were from Vanuatu.
