Auckland International Airport Ltd is considering raising up to $125 million through a public bond.

In a statement to the stock exchange on Monday, the company did not say how much interest it is offering bondholders, or what the money will be used for.

It said more details of the unsecured five year bonds would be released later this month.

The company says it is sounding out investor interest through its joint advisors on the deal, ANZ and Goldman Sachs JBWere.
