The New Zealand share market rose 10 points, or 0.3%, to close at 3203 on Wednesday on turnover of $72 million.
Fletcher Building was down 1 cent to $8.28 per share, while Contact Energy was also 1c lower to $6.23. Telecom rose 6c to $2.55.
Sky City Entertainment fell 1c to $3.42. Sky Network Television gained 3c to $4.75.
Fisher & Paykel Healthcare was up 1c to $3, while Air New Zealand lose 2c to $1.32.
New Zealand Oil and Gas gained 2c to $1.73 and Pike River Coal was up 1c to $1.12.
