Lebanon's political opposition has agreed to join a new unity government under prime minister-designate Saad Hariri.
The Hezbollah movement says its alliance of opposition groups has accepted the proposal, after concessions were made on what ministries it will control.
There has been months of wrangling following a general election in June, which saw a narrow victory for an anti-Syrian alliance backed by some Western countries and Saudi Arabia.
Some analysts say an improvement in relations between Syria and Saudi Arabia has made the power-sharing government possible.
