Murder charge over Kaingaroa death

A man has been charged with murder following the discovery of a woman's body at her home near Rotorua on Friday night.
Police say a man, 33, charged initially with assault will face the murder charge when he reappears in the Rotorua District Court on Wednesday.
Louana Ani Raukawa, 38, was found dead in her home in the town of Kaingaroa on Friday night.
Police say most of their inquiries surrounding the death of the mother-of-four have now been completed.
