Two Rwandan peacekeepers have been killed and three seriously wounded in Sudan's Darfur region.
A spokesperson for the United Nations-African Union joint peacekeeping force says gunmen fired on 20 peacekeepers escorting a water tanker near houses and a market.
The BBC reports the attack brings to 19 the number of peacekeeping personnel who have died in Darfur in the past two years.
