Police have raided five properties in Christchurch, targeting a gang connected to Black Power.
Mangu Kaha is accused of stealing vehicles, drugs and items recovered in thefts and burglaries by New Brighton detectives.
Police say the gang's profile has been increasing, particularly in the Aranui area.
Charges are due to be laid in the coming days.
