State Highway 35 in eastern Bay of Plenty was reopened on Monday morning after temporary closure overnight, as the police investigated a fatal accident.
A person was killed after being hit by a car at the intersection of SH35 and Tawaroa Road at Waihau Bay, near Whangaparaoa.
