Telecom customers donate to charity

Telecom business customers have donated $40,000 to charity.
Business general manager Victoria Crone says they were asked to contribute $20 to a group of six charities instead of getting a corporate gift.
She says there was an almost 70% response.
The largest donation, of $9800, went to the child cancer support charity, CanTeen.
