Blue-collar workers are the next target for a Government agency working to help people quit smoking.

A Quit at Work programme is to be rolled out for employees after the summer break.

The programme offers training, support and resources at large workplaces.

The Quit Group estimates that an employee who smokes costs a company $2000 per year in extra sick leave.
