The gates are open at the 2010 Waipu Caledonian Highland Games.
Clan MacLean has been elected as the host clan for the 139th Games which will be opened by Dame Catherine Tizard.
Events include piping, drumming, Highland dancing, athletics and Highland heavyweight field events.
The programme begins with a March of the Clans and ends with a Ceilidh.
