Somali pirates have hijacked a British-flagged ship carrying cars off the Somali coast.
The Bulgarian foreign ministry says the ship, the Asian Glory, was seized 1000km off the coast on Friday before it could join a convoy heading for the Gulf of Aden.
There were 25 crew aboard, including Bulgarians, Romanians, Indians and Ukrainians.
The 13,000-tonne ship was transporting cars from Singapore to Jeddah in Saudi Arabia.
The BBC reports it's the second UK-flagged ship hijacked since Monday.
A chemical tanker, the St James Park, with crew from nine different countries, is currently anchored off the coast of Somalia.
