Spotless Services is planning to list on the New Zealand stock exchange.
The company, which is already listed on the Australian Stock exchange, says the dual listing demonstrates its long-term commitment to New Zealand.
Last month, Spotless completed a takeover of Taylors Group by buying the remaining 34% of the laundry company that it did not own.
Spotless will list on the market for the first time on Monday .
