Police say the sudden death of a toddler in Otago is not being treated as suspicious.
Emergency services, including a rescue helicopter, were called to a house in Cromwell on Wednesday night.
Police say there were extensive efforts to resuscitate the two-year-old. The death has been referred to the coroner.
