Police say fog, alcohol and not wearing a seatbelt are all factors in a serious crash near Morrinsville that has left a woman on life support in Waikato hospital.
The woman, aged in her 20s, has critical head injuries.
Police say it appears she failed to negotiate a bend early on Friday, went into a ditch and rolled back onto the road, where she was partially flung from the car.
