A man has been charged with murder after a suspicious house fire in Auckland late last month.
The body of Jacqueline Blackbourn was discovered inside a burning home in Glenfield on 26 June.
Police say a 28-year-old man has been arrested and charged with murder and arson.
The sickness beneficiary is also charged with historical offences relating to another woman.
The five historical charges include injuring, assault with a weapon and intentional damage.
