A woman is still in a critical condition in Hawke's Bay hospital, following a crash on the Napier-Taupo highway, in which two other people died.
A car and a four wheel drive vehicle collided head on, near the Te Haroto summit on Friday.
The two drivers, aged 58 and 59, were both killed.
The woman, 66, a passenger in the 4WD vehicle, received chest, head and leg injuries.
