A policeman accused of offensive behaviour has been found not guilty.
The officer, who has name suppression, was alleged to have exposed himself to a woman and her son in Pukekohe in January.
He was cleared of the charge in Pukekohe District Court on Friday.
The policeman continues to work at police headquarters in Wellington but is still subject to an internal employment process.
Police headquarters has refused to make any further comment.
