Police have tracked down the driver accused of fleeing the scene of a fatal crash in Auckland seven weeks ago.
Katheen Wilson, 25, died when the stolen car in which she was travelling crashed into a house in Onehunga on 18 June.
Two teenaged women are still in hospital recovering from what police call horrendous injuries, and are expected to be there for several months yet.
The driver of the crashed car was picked up by a second, stolen vehicle.
A 15-year-old boy was to appear in the Auckland Youth Court on Thursday charged with dangerous driving causing death.
Police say he will also be charged with two counts of dangerous driving causing injury and one of unlawfully getting into a motor vehicle.
They say another 15-year-old boy and a 14-year-old boy are also facing charges related to the crash.
