Shares in DNZ Property Fund rose 2% on Monday morning after making its debut on the stock market today.
The property investor's shares rose 2 cents to 99 cents, with nearly a tenth of its 45 million shares changing hands during the morning.
DNZ Property Fund raised $45 million earlier this month, mainly to buy out management contracts owned by chief executive Paul Duffy and director Alastair Hasell.
More than 80% of the new shares on offer were taken up by new investors.
