The first Waikato-Tainui College for Research and Development to complete Masters of Business Administration through the University of Waikato will be presented with their degrees this month.
Nineteen people will receive the masters degrees at a special graduation ceremony at the college in Ngaruawaahia on 22 November.
The programme started in 2011 through a memorandum of understanding with Waikato University.
It promotes Maori ways of doing business, and combines academic teaching with tikanga Maori.
The programme had also been awarded the inaugural MBA Innovation Award from the London-Based Association of MBA in 2011.
