A new look to Maori health provision in Te Tau Ihu is taking shape.
A shake-up of services at the top of the South Island started in 2012.
The biggest change will be the creation of a single body that will be contracted by the regional district health board to oversee Whanau Ora, Maori community nursing teams, and health workers.
The plans will be talked about at series of hui, starting next Wednesday in Golden Bay.
