Maori Party Tamaki Makaurau candidate Rangi McLean is confident he will be entering Parliament and believes he has what it takes to represent his youthful electorate.
Mr McLean said at the party's election campaign launch he was not concerned that he was in his 50s and wanted to represent a youthful electorate.
He said he was certain he would enter Parliament because he had knocked on many doors and met whanau throughout the electorate, and they supported him standing for Tamaki.
