A rapid assessment report has been completed, which means major relief supplies will be distributed from tomorrow.

Aid agencies have agreed on the plan.

But Mr Natuman said the government does not have enough money to feed people over the next three months.

He said there was a lack of clean drinking water, food, and shelter on many islands.

The Prime Minister said 165,000 people are thought to have been affected by the cyclone.

Three more fatalities were reported today in the Shepherd Islands, bringing the death toll to 14.
