Police in New South Wales investigating the disappearance of a Sydney teenager 30 years ago have extended their inquiries to New Zealand.
A reward of $A250,000 has been posted by the NSW state government for information about Trudie Adams, 18, who was last seen in 1978.
The police believe she was kidnapped and killed by two men they describe as sexual predators.
Searches in a national park sparked reports from a number of women who said that they had been abducted and sexually assaulted in the area in the seven years before Ms Adam's disappearance.
Police say they believe the assaults and Ms Adam's disappearance are linked.
