The Cook Islands have two new sporting heroes after winning their first Commonwealth Games medal on the Gold Coast.
Lawn bowlers Taiki Paniani and Aidan Zittersteijn combined in the men's pairs to defeat Malta 17-11 in the bronze medal playoff on Monday.
Taiki Paniani told Vinnie Wylie they had plenty of self belief.
