Power and water has almost completely returned to Guam after category four typhoon Mawar made landfall in late May, pummeling the US territory with strong winds and heavy rainfall.
Nick Delgado of Kuam News says the recovery has been much faster than past typhoons but it's
still slower than what it should be.
He speaks with RNZ Pacific's Caleb Fotheringham about the response.
