The Half of It is a modern coming-of-age romantic comedy from writer/director Alice Wu for Netflix.

Bad Education is an HBO feature film (playing on Neon in NZ) starring Hugh Jackman in the true story of the biggest school fraud in American history.

British comic writer and director Chris Morris’s new film, The Day Shall Come, is a satire on American race and politics.

 

And Dan recommends Aro Video (Wellington) and Alice in Videoland (Christchurch) who are both serving DVD and Blu-ray rentals by mail during Alert Level 3.
