Willy and Kelsi Haenga are a one-stop-shop for farmers and growers overburdened with new regulations and work to do on the land.

The couple's young Gisborne-based company FarmCare Services now employs 80 people for work on orchards and farms.

The native tree planting side of their business is really taking off as farmers try to improve waterways and stop erosion.

The Haengas say there's funding available for the work but often farmers are too busy to put in applications and they help with that too.

The pair have an ambition to plant a million native trees over the next few years.
