The Government unveiled a $20 billion transport budget yesterday investing in cycleways, public transport and much needed pothole maintenance. But it all comes at a cost. The government proposes pumping petrol prices up by twelve cents a litre to pay for it. Nathan Rarere spoke with ACT's leader David Seymour.
