Cameras on some but not all fishing boats

The Minister for Oceans and Fisheries, David Parker, has announced cameras will be put on 300 of the 15-hundred-vessel fleet to ensure that unwanted by-catch was not thrown overboard. Greenpeace wants cameras on all commercial fishing vessels to make sure new rules are followed. Karyn speaks with Greenpeace Aotearoa's chief executive Russel Norman.
