Otago landlords with rowdy tenants are being told to give them the boot now, before a law change makes that even harder to do.
Among the new changes to tenancy rules coming into effect next February, are limitations to terminating a rental - with landlords needing evidence of several anti-social events before going to the tenancy tribunal.
