Auckland Council unveils new 10 year budget

The Auckland Council wants to spend an extra $5.6 billion on transport, housing and climate action, as part of what it's calling a 10 year recovery budget. The council has around a $500 million fiscal hole because of the pandemic. Max Towle speaks to Mayor Phil Goff.
