US could benefit from TPP despite withdrawal

As Prime Minister pushes the case for the Trans Pacific Partnership with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, the Trade Minister, Todd McClay, says the United States will benefit from the Trans-Pacific Partnership if it can be revived, even if it doesn't sign up.
