Rental so mouldy, damp, Kapiti family 'better off in a tent'

Morning Report was with a Kapiti family when they were referred by their doctors for a healthy housing assessment, after their one-year old daughter caught bronchiolitis in April from living in what they say is a mouldy, damp and hard to heat home. They reckon they'd be better off living in a tent.
