Pink fairy foils dairy thief

A pink crop top, mini skirt, fishnets and fairy wings. It doesn't sound like the conventional crime fighting uniform. But yesterday, a man dressed as a fairy tackled and restrained a person who had attempted to rob a dairy in Napier. Constable Hannah O'Leary was off-duty and in the area when the fairy swooped in.
