Auckland hospitals delay safer rosters for junior doctors

Hospitals in Auckland are dragging their heels on creating safer working conditions for fatigued junior doctors. The doctors went on strike several times in the past year to protest their long hours, which also put patients at risk. They struck a deal with the district health boards in March for better rosters. But they're yet to be implemented.
