Gaze apologises after outburst at mountain biking team-mate

Sam Gaze, who won the gold medal in the men's mountain biking race, has apologised to silver medallist and NZ team-mate Anton Cooper after accusing him of bad sportsmanship at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games. Gaze and Cooper claimed gold and silver respectively, reversing the result of the 2014 Glasgow Games. A gracious Cooper told Joe Porter that while it wasn't the result he wanted, he's proud of his and the New Zealand team's performance.
