National donations case goes to Serious Fraud Office - analysis

The former National MP Jami-Lee Ross says he's pleased his complaint about donations to the National Party has been passed by the police to the Serious Fraud Office. Mr Ross, who's now an independent MP, has accused National leader Simon Bridges of asking him to split up a large donation into amounts so small they would not have to be declared under the Electoral Act.
