National slams 2018 Census after further data delay

The National Party is calling the most recent census a "complete and utter shambles" after yet another delay in the release of data was announced on Monday. One in seven people did not complete the census and the low response rate has already delayed the release twice, as Statistics NZ struggles to plug the gaps with other government data.
