Will high school students get free driver licence training?

The government promised to make driver licence training free for secondary school students when it formed almost two years ago. But as of yet, the pledge hasn't received any funding and is yet to get off the ground. But Sssociate Education Minister, Tracey Martin, tells Ben Strang that planning is well advanced for how the free training will work.
