US election: Covid-19 casts shadow over final sprint to polls

A Covid-19 cloud hangs over the United States in the final sprint to election day.

There's just two days for Joe Biden and Donald Trump to secure votes as both candidates canvas key swing states.

Meanwhile record cases numbers topping 99,000 a day were reported on Friday, the highest daily count of any country on record.
