A New Zealander who fled Myanmar due to escalating military violence is calling for more international support for the Burmese community.
In the eight weeks since the military took power in a coup, more than 400 civilians have been killed, including young children.
Defence chiefs from a dozen countries, including the US, the UK, New Zealand and Japan, have condemned Myanmar for its use of force against unarmed civilians.
