Canterbury flooding: Rural support trusts pitching in

The big clean-up is underway in Canterbury after flooding in the district on Sunday and Monday.

Canterbury's three Rural Support Trusts are providing extra help to farmers, and for other flood assistance where needed.

Farmer and chairman of the Rural Support Trust Mid Canterbury Peter Reveley says there will be a "military style" recovery exercise ahead.

He spoke to Philippa Tolley.
