The government's $53 million "Better Pathways" package to steer youth offenders towards study and work is getting a positive response from those at the coal face.
Te Reretai Hauiti is the workforce programme coordinator and cultural advisor for Ma Te Huruhuru Youth Charitable Trust which aims to get positive outcomes for teens who were potentially heading towards crime and unemployment.
