Cleaners are the latest group to set in process a new Fair Pay Arrangement.
E tū, the largest private sector union in the country, will today be sending the initiation document on their behalf of 1000 cleaners to the Ministry of Business, Innovation, and Employment.
The union says that better money is not the only thing its members are hoping for.
